Prescriptions while you wait & O.T.C (Over the Counter) Drugs & Medicines available.
DPS (Drug Payments Scheme)
This scheme covers families and individuals for the cost of their prescribed medication.
Under the DPS, no individual or family will have to pay more than €85 in any calendar month for approved prescribed drugs, medicines and appliances for use by that person or his/her family in that month.
GMS (Medical Card Prescriptions)

HSE (Health Service Executive)
The HSE provides health services and social services for the people of Ireland.

GP Visit Card - Have you got yours?
Anyone can apply for a GP Visit Card - families, single people, even those working full time.

Long Term Illness
If you are a patient in the Republic of Ireland and you suffer from certain long-term medical conditions, for example diabetes, cerebral palsy, epilepsy or cystic fibrosis, you are entitled to get the drugs and medicines for the treatment of that illness free of charge.
